CEIC Project - Cardiff Metropolitan University
A collaborative project between Cardiff Metropolitan University and Swansea University, CEIC is funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and brings together organisations from all sectors across South Wales to create collaborative innovation networks that work towards a more sustainable future. The fully-funded programme gives participating businesses the tools they need to implement Circular Economy principles that hep them work towards net Zero, enhance service levels, lower operational costs, implement sustainable change, increase efficiency and boost productivity, foster valuable collaborative relationships, encourage innovative thinking and ensure they comply with the Well-being of Future Generational (Wales) Act 2015. The project’s impact has been celebrated by Welsh Government and documented within 10 peer-reviewed papers, with its success leading to additional funding from Welsh Government and UKSPF.
